Cheiloplasty is the lip surgery that helps to give symmetry to the face, either increasing its volume or diminishing it. It is also possible to talk about corrective cheiloplasty and secondary cheiloplasty, which is done to correct defects caused by previous surgery. The procedure lasts approximately one hour and most of the implants used are injected.
